What is the difference between the Luckeep X1 Pro and the Luckeep X1?
Compared to the Luckeep X1, the Luckeep X1 Pro features a higher hardness one-piece magnesium alloy frame, which enhances both its appearance and durability. Additionally, the X1 Pro is equipped with UL-certified dual battery modules, allowing it to easily achieve a range of over 100 miles. In terms of riding experience, the integrated fat tires of the Luckeep X1 Pro can handle urban commuting roads more easily, significantly improving rider control.
Does My Luckeep X1 Pro E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
To prevent damage during transportation, we keep each Luckeep X1 Pro in a pre-assembled state at the factory. This means that all users can assemble the Luckeep X1 Pro within 10 minutes by following the user manual or our assembly tutorial videos. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guidelines on our YouTube channel.
What is the suitable height range for riding the Luckeep X1 Pro?
With the adjustable seat height of the Luckeep X1 Pro, riders ranging from 5'7" to 6'7" (170cm - 200cm)can enjoy the best riding experience (height parameters based on user feedback for the Luckeep X1 Pro).
How old do I need to be to ride a Luckeep E-Bike?
In accordance with local US laws, Luckeep recommends that only riders aged 14 and above ride on our electric bikes. Be sure to check your local state e-bike laws to guarantee the age limit for e-bike riding.
Do I need a special license to ride an E-Bike?
Luckeep E-bikes are designed under US regulations. Therefore riders will not need any special license to ride our bikes. This is true only of Luckeep branded bikes and does not carry over to all other types of electric bikes.
Have Luckeep's electric bikes been safety certified?
All Luckeep electric bikes for sale have passed UL 2849 international certification and undergone tens of thousands of laboratory tests to ensure that every Luckeep electric bike leaving the factory has the best performance.

I LOVE my X1 Pro; I've ridden it over 700 miles so far, on paved city streets and gravel "goat" paths in the woods. I've tricked it out with panniers, a big seat cause I'm a heavy guy, and a great bike bag I received as a gift when I bought the bike. It's fast, it's great-looking[I get compliments on it wherever I ride], and it tackles hills well, very important in my home state of Vermont. The bike gets decent mileage, it folds, and the brakes are top-notch 4 piston hydraulics.
Right out of the box my X1 pro was ready to go. And it went FAST. To this day, I've had zero problems with it. This is my fourth ebike, and it's the best one yet. I will purchase Luckeepebike again. It might be a long time until I do, being that these are sturdy and well built, But I definitely will in the future. Best customer support, as well. Best I've ever experienced anyway.

I have had my X1 Pro for about a month. It has met my expectations for my first E- bike. The range is a bit better then I was expecting, due to me being a bigger guy. I didn't buy this model for it's collapsibility, but I used it more than once. This is a great bike for anyone buying an E-bike for the fish time.
Very easy to assemble, with minimum adjustments. We went on a 14 mile ride to test out the bikes. The bike are very easy to get on and off. They are a big help with hill climbing. I found that the bike have a smooth ride on the road but a little ruff on a dirt road.
Over all the bike are great for us. Love them
The bike has a beautiful design. Ergonomic is very accurate too. I think every parts in this bike was well builder like the folding system and the components (motor, shimano changer suspension and hydraulic disc brakes ). I feel so glad with this choice. Thanks Luckeep..
The one pro is a great little bike. It's very comfortable and steady on rough roads. We had two heybikes and the Luckeep pro is like comparing a basic model auto to a sports car. I love the turn and stop signals, The pedal assist is actually a little too much assist from the exercise perspective but so much fun. I also like being able to charge the bike with the battery in it. We fold our two bikes into the back storage of our Winnebago EKKO and they fit perfectly without too much lifting. Fun, fun, fun.
Great bike. Fun to ride performs well. Love the Silver nice looking bike. Nice **** tires handle well for all kinds of terrain. The only minor complaint I have is I'll be buying a more comfortable seat.Get up early every morning to go for a morning ride to start my day. I'm 68 years old. Love my new bike.
I tested 3 other e-bikes before purchasing this one. I had rented aLuckeep on vacation and loved it but wanted to try others for the experience. Hands down Luckeep is the best. The pedaling torque is best over all other e-bikes! Love it!
