Luckeep M5 Max

absolutely love my ebike!!!! Drives smooth, very sturdy, goes fast but also allows you to peddle.

From the moment I saw this e-bike online, I was thrilled. I'd heard so many negative stories about the lack of communication and support from e-bike companies, so I hesitated for a while, but I finally decided to buy one.
The Max arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble, but it was missing some bolts. I contacted Luckeep through their Facebook Messenger link, and they immediately sent a complete set of replacement bolts.
Besides that, this e-bike is incredibly fun to ride. Even more amazingly, since I contacted Luckeep customer service, I've been constantly requesting features that were just my tech-savvy fantasy. You can't imagine how surprised I was when they actually listened to my needs and, so far, have designed and tested two of the features I requested.
In an era filled with e-bike companies and horror stories, Luckeep is a breath of fresh air, helping to restore some of my confidence. Also, until the reviewers respond to this review, I have no affiliation with Luckeep. Having suffered a few injuries myself, I tried this e-bike and felt it was important to share my experience.

This is the most coolest thing I have ever owned. Where I live, no one has seen anything like it, even my friends who ride e-bikes. It has taken me on long journeys, to my sons which is about 25 miles from where I live and it did not even hurt the battery. It goes really strong uphill ,and we have one of the steepest hills, I still did 32 all the way up without pedaling. I LOVE this bike!!!!!!!

It took a few minutes to put it together, and wow, this bike is amazing and so fast! Great quality, heavy, and well-made. This is one of the best bikes I've ever bought.

This bike is an exceptional machine! It's gorgeous, it's stylish, it's very comfortable, it's so fast! I absolutely adore this ebike, it's everything you ever need! I got the white, it's nothing but a head turner, and customer service is amazing and so helpful with a couple questions I had, get this bike before it's sold out or price goes up, you won't regret it.

This is a great Ebike that provides an almost motorcycle like experience when riding. It has pedal assistance and great stability. The motor can be set from 1-5 pass mode coupled with a 7 speed shifter and oil filled brakes that stop quickly. It was fairly easy to assemble but it's best to have two people as it makes the job much much easier than trying to do it on your own. The headlight is bright and it's working taillight and directional signals are a nice added feature! The power is good, especially on hills too. The value you get is well worth the money in my opinion. Go for it! You won't be disappointed!

Its great. has power and alot of torque so be careful if u never rode an ebike cause its very fast..once you get use to it u wanna go faster...lol..but having it for a few months now..I love the bike..I cant stop riding it..lol..you will love it..for the price and what you get..there's nothing that compares..so buy it..

I initially rated the M5 Electric Bike 3 stars due to an issue with the front and rear tires leaking air. However, the exceptional customer service turned this minor setback into a positive experience. They promptly provided new inner tubes and even covered the cost of the sealant I used. The bike itself is fantastic, offering impressive speeds of 34-36 MPH. I am thrilled with the performance and the support from the manufacturer. Highly recommended!

I saw this e-bike on line and feel in love with it so i ordered one, it was delivered as promised and with no damage at all, now that i have it i love it even more, its much nicer once you actually have it, bike is well built, the quality is top notch, I have two other e-bikes and this one is my favorite and will be the one i use the most for sure. It rides great, and has plenty of power and is fast. I get a lot of compliments as well. I would highly recommend this bike.
