After some delays (Holidays right) I finally got my bike. This was my third ebike as I had been thru two before this. The first was ok but was more about learning these things. Not much range or power but good everywhere else. The second taught me about power and range being it had plenty of both but being moped style and im 6 foot it wasn't pedal friendly so back to the board I went frustrated. I had been doing a lot of ebike homework by now and started to learn what great ebikes have. Now I looked at alot of bikes for months as I stacked a budget for my final purchase. As I looked I kept seeing luckeep coming up so I look at your bikes and then the checks all said yes. I decided this was my bike and man was I right. Compared to my first two where I just felt like the motor just helps you with no real control this bike felt like I was wearing it not riding it. Big but nimble. Quiet and very comfortable and the range my god i went 30 miles(15 miles pedal lvl 5 and full throttle back)and still had like 35-40percent battery left. And I only have the 20ah battery. Extra battery was sold out.(Holidays right). Overall the bike ended up being a lot better than anything I expected or rode to date. If you like pedaling like I do get this bike you will not be mad. If you get tired use that throttle. The bike is VERY efficient on battery usage. They also offer external batteries so you can get that county clearing range.
I appreciate how Luckeep has an actual person answering the phone for customer service. They are very expedient answering emails too. How refreshing. We love our bikes and can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can use them more. I do wish they would use another company for shipping other than the USPS. It takes FOREVER to get your product IF you get it at all through the post office. I would highly recommend their bikes.
Took E bike out to run with dogs in park and it handled the dirt paths and easily took on incline terrain

When they thought FedEx had lost my bike, they worked with me diligently to find it, even though it was not their problem. My X2 arrived with no shipping damage and packed very well. It was well below freezing, so I had to heat up the garage to put it together. Components went together easily and it seems to be a quality build. No missing parts. The bike looks good but I need a good day to try it out.
Shipped and received very quickly. Limited usage so far but appears to be well made and with good appointments. Easy to assemble in just a few minutes. A couple of items worth noting. The X1 Lite does NOT ship with Hydraulic Brakes as clearly stated in the header of the main product page, they are mechanical. Also, no NFC access available if you use an Apple iPhone. This feature is for Android only. Both of these issues I found out after receiving the bike and contacting support. I think the product page needs to be updated to not be misleading or confusing. But, all in all, it's a very cool bike and I can't wait to get some good use out of it.

I got my bike yesterday, Christmas Eve, and it is the best present I’ve gotten in years! I love my bike. It’s smooth, quick, and rides like a dream. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and advise that if you are in the market for an E-Bike, the Luckeep X1 is the bike to get. The customer service is amazing, they even texted me after delivery to make sure everything was okay and in working order after shipping. I’ve never had a customer service department do that before. That alone gives me peace of mind and relives so much stress. I k ow if something were to go wrong, I would be helped to the best of their ability and quickly!
