My X2 arrived with no shipping damage and packed very well. It was well below freezing, so I had to heat up the garage to put it together. Components went together easily and it seems to be a quality build. No missing parts. The bike looks good but I need a good day to try it out.
Shipped and received very quickly. Limited usage so far but appears to be well made and with good appointments. Easy to assemble in just a few minutes. A couple of items worth noting. The X1 Lite does NOT ship with Hydraulic Brakes as clearly stated in the header of the main product page, they are mechanical. Also, no NFC access available if you use an Apple iPhone. This feature is for Android only. Both of these issues I found out after receiving the bike and contacting support. I think the product page needs to be updated to not be misleading or confusing. But, all in all, it's a very cool bike and I can't wait to get some good use out of it.
I use the bike to ride around the neighborhoods and back and forth to my mom’s house. I didn’t like the head light. It’s small to me
Bike was well packaged. It appears very well made and looks sharp. Even with a bigger guy riding, it seems very fast.
I purchased the bike because of the folding option but it has been a great value all around.

I got my bike yesterday, Christmas Eve, and it is the best present I’ve gotten in years! I love my bike. It’s smooth, quick, and rides like a dream. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and advise that if you are in the market for an E-Bike, the Luckeep X1 is the bike to get. The customer service is amazing, they even texted me after delivery to make sure everything was okay and in working order after shipping. I’ve never had a customer service department do that before. That alone gives me peace of mind and relives so much stress. I k ow if something were to go wrong, I would be helped to the best of their ability and quickly! I tried to buy a bike from Actbest ebike first and had nothing but trouble, but doing business with Luckeep has been nothing short of a dream! Thank you so much, and god bless!

My wife and I had a blast!
Luckeep X1 is my first e bike. It is solid and sturdy. Not to mention that its pedal assist and hydraulic disc brake ensures fast and athelatic riding. Its remote controller and alert feature are add ons to make sure the seurity of the bike. Ride on!
I am amazed of fun it is to have an E-bike. Everyone needs to have one and Benifore C-26 is the way to go.
Got my Luckeep x1 pro and ready to put some miles on it.
One bolt, nothing flying around the room lol. Took a minute to line up the bolt but less than 5 minutes to take apart and install.
First ride …great bike. Today provided another “warm enough day” in WV for a ride. Love my X1
Our first ride. My wife and I both love our Luckeep X1Pro ebikes. It was a great day on the Marietta River Trail. Looking forward to many more great days like this.

I bought this bike primarily to commute to work and back. I am happy with it so far, I highly recommend this bike. I am excited for next summer when I will take it to trail rides :D
