I am a retired 74 year old wizard. And I needed a way to go to the local grocery store, the post office and a few other local places I visit for my wizard gatherings. So I searched the interned high and low for months until I found the electrifying bike I was looking for to match my budget. Wizards don't have alot of means you see. And once I found the scouter of my needs I spend additional time getting to know it in the intimate way before I committed to a purchase. Well then came along the unexpected black Friday thing I have never heard about. Wizards keep quite secluded you know. I looked at every thing on line that I could to familiarize my self with this new type of transportation. You see my broom has become quite worn out and in very poor shape and could not support this old, short, fat and ugly body any longer. So I needed a new broom. And why not upgrade to the most modern means available. Short, fat, ugly, old wizards need to get around just like everyone else. So viola, I jumped into the idea with both feet. I had to do a bit of magic and conjure up a small spell to get thru the online ordering process but I finally got that magic screen that says 'Thank you for your order'. AND of all the orders I do online this one came in just fast speed I think the senders taped into the prevailing winds right to my house. Well I had to wait a couple days for the right moment but I brought the huge box but not too heavy into the house and commenced the unpacking. Genius went into the packaging. They must also be brother wizards as they obviously thought about not just packaging that made their lives easier but the un-packaging that would make those receiving the package easier. Boy what a mouthful. What a brilliant packing job as everything you need fit so nicely into the space. AND came out so effortlessly. AND the procedure to finally put it all together was simplified enough for this old wizard to accomplish. Gosh I had it together in hour and a half. The written instructions could use a little help but hey I got thru it and the bike looks great. Gosh what a great looking bike. And where the battery is and how it folds into a electrical connection is quite genius.
So now I am on a new journey of getting these old bones from here to there on my new pony to replace my old broom pony. Hey I don't even need to feed this pony, just plug it into the wall once in a while. I set. I ordered a flashy new helmet and that should arrive in a few days and I will be off on my maiden voyage, a trip around the block. And as you have heard old people say "This isn't my first time around the block' like you have much experience in a certain thing. But at least it puts things into perspective. I am on a mission and nothing can stop me now.
Thank you for your ingenious two wheeled pony that I can drive all over my small city of about 4500 people. I will fashion a milk crate on the back so I can put two bags of groceries and contents of our two P.O. boxes and any other stops I may need from day to day.
Thank you luckeep for keeping me lucky and still a wizard, an old run down wizard. If I could conjure up a spell to make these old bones young again I would. Well that is something I will have to research next.
Much luck in your endeavors making improvements to your bikes. After riding it for some time I will have to provide you with a review of what I think and I do still think and enjoy it very much. :-)

I got the m5 max a few months ago and it's amazing, the motor is very powerful, the seat is very comfortable, and the looks are out of this world! Although I had some issues, the luckeep support is incredible and something I've never seen before, and they quickly found solutions to my problems. This bike is crazy good and has a reasonable price tag. Also it is quite amazing that the seat is pretty low so shorter people can still ride this powerful ebike unlike many others. Honestly, this bike is amazing and I highly recommend you get this.

I placed order for street tires bike came mounted with Knobby off road tires.Not happy about that.

Took about 20 minutes to assemble. Surprisingly straightforward. Just did a quick two-mile test ride and the bike feels solid, powerful, and fun. Acceleration is smooth, the ride is stable, and it looks better in person than I expected. Can’t wait to take it out for a longer ride.

Came professionally packaged with no damage! Can’t wait to enjoy it!

This is the 2nd eBike I had. It is really awesome. Compared to the other one, this is really fast, the shock are really good, teh light is amazing, the sit is really comfy, the gear, off course Shimano, are great givin you more torque. Really good breaks.

Luckeep X1 Lite

The x1pro is just what I was looking for. Little bit heavy but with removing the batteries is not to bad folds up and fits in the back of my suv. So far so good.

I like the bike, but it was damaged in transport by FedEx, they shipped it over 1000 miles standing on its front forks which bent the forks about 1.5" and they won't compress at all. The battery was about 1/2" from being seated in place and will not budge in or out. After speaking with support, they are sending me now forks which I have to install have not received yet. As for the battery I dismantled all the plastic that it slides into and found the mounting gusset, bracket welded to the frame was welded about 1/2 " to the right which won't let the battery slide into place. I pryed the battery out damaging the base of the battery and the frame of the bike, then ground and sanded the plastic down so the battery may slide into place. I had to grease the battery to slide it down and use a rubber mallet to pound the battery enough to close the door. The battery will never come out again without cutting it out. I only have a couple miles on the bike after working on it for 2 days, but I like it. When you shipped it you knew the battery would not slide into place, because you could not get it in or out, but you shipped it anyway. That's wrong. I think it's a nice ride, but you need better quality control, and NOT USE FEDEX!!!

This is a beautiful bike that feels incredibly well-made and high quality. Assembly was easy and straightforward. The performance has been excellent so far; it has great range and impressive power with strong torque. After a 15-mile ride, the battery was still at 90%, which really exceeded my expectations. Everything has been working perfectly with zero issues. Overall, it’s a fantastic bike. My kids love going on a ride with me. Bad thing is now kids don't want to ride their bike, ugh!

Very solid bike that is reasonably priced. Also one of the coolest e-bikes out there!

This thing came a great price. Unbeatable in fact. It says 265lb weight limit, I put close to 500 with two riders. It moved, it held, but at hill climb it was bogged down. So far it's very easy to use, safe, not too hard to assemble. It's versatile, simple and looks like a regular bike. I plan on using it to cruise town next year and get some much needed exercise. Power kicks in a little strong in my opinion, for pedal assist, but probably something to get used to. Throttle or full electric is great.

My son rides it around, cops don’t mind due to pedals and signal lights and he loves the suspension on the bike!

The Luckeep C27 is a solid, affordable e-bike with good speed and range for city rides. It’s powerful and fun to ride. Smooth ride, great battery life, and plenty of power for daily commutes — excellent value for the price.

Good bike!

Assembly was easy. It’s not heavy as other models. I started using it on daily basis and it achieves close to 30MPH speed. Back seat is a huge plus, it welded to the frame so it’s sturdy. I did lot of research and watched reviews over YouTube and glad I made right decision. Get a helmet and protective gear and enjoy the ride.

I have really enjoyed my M5 Max. The shipping was fast and everything was packaged well. The bike was easy to put together and has been a lot of fun to ride. The bike looks great and it very zippy.

I met my goal yesterday 1000 miles in 3 months I really like this bike. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a good E bike. I changed my tires and the seat and spring loaded seat post.
