I’m loving this bike so far. The speed isn’t as advertised but she’s still a pretty quick little thing. The torque is awesome. Not too much but powerful enough to get off the line at a red light or left turn. The customer service is also pretty good. They answered my questions in a timely manner and sent out a replacement battery cover since the first one got damaged in shipping.
It’s also cat approved lol
This is my 22nd ebike in 2 yrs, I've been buying/selling/reviewing ebikes for a very short time, but as I said have had many! The Luckeep M5 Max , is without a doubt the most beautiful and quality ebike I've had! It's in the top 3 bikes I've owned, and im down to 4 now that im keeping! It's so gorgeous, so smooth and comfortable, im loving it! Top speed isn't quite 37.5 like advertised, but for someone a little bit lighter in weight, I suppose, I have gotten to 34 mph, and the looks are second to none, I HIGHLY RECOMMED this machine! It's well worth the wait, and the money!
Love the bike
My son bought it with Joe own money! First max in town maybe the onlythint I would change is sooner response on customer service
I like this bike, not to hard to assemble if you follow instructions, nice size ,nice looking ebike, I'll say very powerful for off road bike no problem uphill, is fast ,comfortable and quiet ride
This bike can move!!! IT is fast to turn up and go. We use this bike for excise and doing small errands. We love it. Nice and easy to put together.
Good quality bag but you must put the seat up in order for it to fit on an X1 rack.
We just picked up an X1 for our son. We've only done a few road tests, but so far, I'm pretty impressed. We especially love how compact it is when it folds up.
Really like the X2. I like the smaller size tires, the integrated display in the stem, the turn signals, the loud horn, the smaller motor that helps get longer range and the torque sensor that also helps with efficiency. When needed the cruise control is a nice feature as well. All for a low price, very well done.
If by fulfilled you mean paid for, yes, fulfilled. If you mean receiving the product, that is a big NO!! I have not received the charger I have been told that they had a shortage, and they have told the factories to produce more. They will notify me when they have one.
So no, this is a poor review, and a don't buy.
Just hit 100 miles this weekend and the bike works and drives great. Amazing bike but looks like the tread on the tires are not going to last like everyone says.
I've had my Ebike Luckeep since yesterday and it's a blessing! He's my car, he helps me get to work quickly. I love it so much 🥰.
I just purchased two added the luckeep accessory seats with back support makes the ride even smoother.
Well, since I put over 10 Miles on both of these Luckeep X2 E-Bikes I guess I am stuck with them, that’s okay I really like them!! Guess I can get rid of these empty boxes now!
Enjoying my new Luckeep Bike so far. My only complaint is the rubbing of the brake. That's annoying.😡 I will try to calibrate the brakes again to see if that works. Other than that. It's pretty fast. I love it.😍 So far just only did 40 miles.🤷🏾♀️ Lol I had to buy me some new Bike glasses to keep all the dust, pollen, bugs, etc out my eyes. I think I found the right ones. I'm good now. I just need to fix this rubbing problem and come up with a name.🤔🤨
I have had this bike for over two weeks and I have to say that I am very pleased with it. Rides really smooth and very fast. I should have done this years ago.
Just purchased two of the Luckeep X2 E- bikes and rode 14 miles on each one, absolutely loving these two E-bikes!!!
