Poor assembly. First one battery failed, then bike shut down and never turned on. When i tried to figure out what’s wrong with a bike - i took a cover off and noticed a cover bolt was puncturing 60v cabe right thru!
This is unsafe and case fire! When I contacted support - i was being sent from one email to another without anyone trying to solve the problem. Absolute waste of time and money. I will be using my bank to cancel transaction and block them from being able to sell to US
Ever since I got this bike. It has been nothing but flat tired after flat tire! What's worse it had this issue out of box new alongside the blinkers broken. Both tires had their bolts fly off mid ride and rear lights had their bolts fly off too! What's worse is that they wouldn't honor any warranties either so don't buy this!!!
I got this bike in July 2023. It’s been part after part that has broken and needed replacement. Within a month a pedal broke off while riding, and I paid to get it fixed. A couple months later the rear brake had worn almost completely down and had to pay to get it replacement with a nicer bigger brake.
Then just after owning it for a year the electric motor failed. When I contacted customer service they told me they could sell me another motor core for $179. Thankfully they were pretty responsive to my emails (which is why I’m giving 2 stars and not one).
However I had to wait for them to do a new production run or something so it took 3 months to get the new motor core. When I got it, it also was broken. I emailed them again and sent them videos of the broken motor core and thankfully they sent me another one for free. Three months later I finally got a new motor core and the bike started running.
However just recently while riding the other pedal came off and I’m gonna have to bring it into the shop to get fixed.
This is a relatively budget E-bike, but you can certainly tell as they cheaper out on every part they could possibly cheap out on.
Had an issue with my motor on an X2 and the customer service crew was very responsive. Just keep in mind the time difference between wherever you are and China as you may receive a response later in the day than you may be accustomed to.

My 13 year old and 11 year old and it’s one problem after another. It takes weeks almost a month to receive replacement parts and is very difficult for you average person to fix. Which means it will need to be taken to a professional to fix which means more money and I don’t have a truck to fit this bike in. I wish I would have understood the warranty more and will never recommend this. Time to anyone. Both bikes broken. I ask over and over for any kind of reimbursement because these bikes are garbage and and they wouldn’t.
I purchased a charger never used it asked for a return and was told it was not returnable. Very disappointing because even big box companies will accept a return for reimbursement
Still waiting on my battery cover replacement , but i like the bike , and the way it look , dont really like the brown side walls , havent really felt the full experience , because i cant lock down battery . And in a second it can be snatched up.
I left a review with a lack of response from customer service. They did get back to me and resolve the issue after a couple of days. I am changing the review to 4 stars instead of one, as I love the M5 Max that I received.
It really is more than I thought it would be, the M5 Max to begin with was very well packed, I arrived without any damage and it was very easy to assemble, I took about 20 minutes to assemble it, the battery was charged in about 2 hours at 100 percent, testing it out I was surprised. It is fast, the most I lift was 36 miles per hour, but for me that is enough, I can say that I am satisfied and I would buy another one again!
This M5 is perfect in every way. I got this for my sons 13th birthday and he was completely satisfied with it!!
I placed my order on December 27, 2025, but it was not delivered until January 3rd, 2026. Upon arrival, the package was damaged, and several parts were defective. I immediately shared images of the damaged package with customer support and reported the issues, but to date, there has been no resolution.
While the customer support team has been responsive via email and has shared helpful videos, these have not solved the problems with the damaged and defective parts. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product, especially to new customers or those purchasing an e-bike for the first time.

Front wheel bolts not really much on exact way to bolt on to bike probably 10 different ways to do it the wrong way is all I'm saying no instructions
After the final completion of my e-bike I am very happy with my experience with Luckeep and the M5 Ultra e-bike. The Luckeep M5 Ultra is incredibly well-built and powerful. The suspension is comfortable, the frame feels solid and stable, and the overall ride quality is premium
Front caliber lower bolt/washer rubbing on rotor, the caliber mounting bracket too close to rotor which has the caliber bolt rubbing, there is no room for caliber sliding adjustment to push it away from rotor, creating drag on the front wheel and caliber/ pad wear really bad, battery cover came broken on arrival, i have a $1680 bike i cant ride. Just paper weight at this moment, hopefully they make it right
We bought 3 of these for Christmas. I wish we had bought 3 more! We haven’t given them to our boys yet, but my husband and I have been “testing”
Them out. They are so much fun. They drive nice, and are far beefier/ rugged looking than I expected. I LOVE IT! Owner was wonderful right before shipping with contacting me directly to verify that I indeed wanted 3 machines, and took extra effort and care to get these to us before Christmas. Great customer service. Can’t wait for my boys to see these, and make some new great memories! I’ll have to come back and add photos or video after Christmas
