To prevent damage during transportation, we keep each Luckeep X1 in a pre-assembled state at the factory. This means that all users can assemble the Luckeep X1 within 10 minutes by following the user manual or our assembly tutorial videos. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guidelines on our YouTube channel.

With the adjustable seat height of the Luckeep X1, riders ranging from 5'4" to 6'4" (162cm - 195cm)can enjoy the best riding experience (height parameters based on user feedback for the Luckeep X1).
How old do I need to be to ride a Luckeep E-Bike?
In accordance with local US laws, Luckeep recommends that only riders aged 14 and above ride on our electric bikes. Be sure to check your local state e-bike laws to guarantee the age limit for e-bike riding.
Do I need a special license to ride an E-Bike?
Luckeep E-bikes are designed under US regulations. Therefore riders will not need any special license to ride our bikes. This is true only of Luckeep branded bikes and does not carry over to all other types of electric bikes.
Have Luckeep's electric bikes been safety certified?
All Luckeep electric bikes for sale have passed UL 2849 international certification and undergone tens of thousands of laboratory tests to ensure that every Luckeep electric bike leaving the factory has the best performance.

Didn’t take long to get delivery.
Packaged well and wasn’t too difficult to assemble.
Really like it so far. The only thing wrong is when I have the battery in lock position. The key won’t come out if the lock.
And my front brakes need adjusted due to rubbing. Seems to be heavy duty and made well.

X1 finally arrived and built! X1 arrived after I Cancelled X1lite. X1 will be pit bike when racing formula race car. I will also have it as a a go for bike at home!
I have had this bike a little over three weeks and already put over 100 miles on it. I love almost everything about it. Assembly was really easy. One suggestion, if you have it, use loctite. Go through and tighten everything including if you have the tools, the bottom bracket. I’m pretty heavy and mine ended up clicking.
