The bike started out great but after about 2 weeks riding the back wheel spoke broke and now the tires wobble. The front tire spokes also had to be tuned.

Great bike looks and rides great

The bike is very fun, it handles well and I’ve reached up to 42 MPH on it. It’s definitely worth it for the price but I do have some problems with it. First is the suspension. The front suspension isn’t adjustable, and feels like there isn’t even any suspension at all, while the rear shocks seem to be there just for looks. Second is the display screen, it shows your speed somewhat accurately but the battery percentage constantly glitches and doesn’t show the proper percent while the odometer is just plain wrong. It says you’ve gone way farther than you actually have, for example mine is at 160 miles while I haven’t even gone 100 on it. Lastly is the support. Somehow my back rim bent and the bike became unusable, so I reached out to customer support who eventually sent me a link to order a rim. The rim still hasn’t even been sent out from their facility and it’s been multiple weeks at this point. When I asked them recently when it would arrive, they said it would this week. Still hasn’t “been fulfilled” according to their website. In conclusion, I would recommend this bike to people who have extra money to spend on replacement parts and upgrades.

After many months thinking on what bike to get I went with Luckeep’s M5 Ultra with the single large battery. Boy am I glad I made that decision. I received my bike in only 3 days time! Assembly only took me 30 min and after the battery had a full charge, I was on my way for my first ride on a bike in a long time. I’m 60 years old and man I can’t tell you how much I love this bike! I already started to add to it to make it mine as I always do on everything I own. Mirrors, grips, peddles and have more on the way! Adjustment of the suspension with a turn of dial and it cruises over any terrain with ease. Customer support is very responsive if you have any issues and there’s always someone on YouTube that will help you out anytime. Can’t thank Luckeep enough for building on fine looking electric bike! Love the Luckeep C27. This unit is not foldable but it can handle the weights that I need to ride two people. Great for family or your love ones riding together on this ebike. Just install a seat to it and you all set. This unit looks nice and cute. Great for the weekend get out on the bike trail together riding along the river side. Installation took me about an hour.

I Purchased the luckeep X2 dual battery - step over frame model over a year ago. No regrets ! Enjoying ever mile . It has been a great outdoor adventure since my ebike arrived.
I've done a lot of dirt and bike path riding without any major hardware failures. Occasionally have to re tighten the hardware but that is normal on any bike.
Did a few upgrades - replaced front sprocket to a bigger 48t size , a more comfortable seat and cantilever seat post replaced to decrease ride harshness due to the lack of a rear suspension frame. LUCKEEP has updated a few of the issues like the new style turn signal slide switch, from a push on /push off type mine came with (nice to see they really care about their products & customers feed back).

The performance for the price is out of this world. The bike hits the top speed pretty consistently and is very easy to control on any surface. The bike is not too heavy and the design is really exciting. The range is decent, I'm getting around 40 with the single battery on constant throttle.

I've been enjoying riding my M5 electric bike even more the extra battery has allowed me to explore more places around the city that had been limited by distance, and the looks and compliments are awesome.

I just got my bike M5 ultra new version last September 10 and I love it. It's a powerful bike, me and my wife together and still got a speed of 37mph. I already install a foot rest for my wife, excited to take this bike for camping adventure. It's highly recommended.

Brakes are awful should have been hydraulic brakes

We purchased the C23 so that we can take our grandchild along with us on long rides. She loves it! It has plenty of power, horn, headlight, brake light, turn signals. And a passenger seat with a backrest. Hard to beat for the money! Only thing I wish was included is a handlebar for the little passenger. I ordered one that attaches to the seat post. It arrived with a couple of scratches but if you contact them, they will work with you and make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

By far the best handling of my three bikes. Definitely need to upgrade the rear suspension. With the new suspension and some street tires this thing rides like a dream.
