Not terribly hard to put together. Very responsive customer service. Looks and rides great.
Very nice bike, very happy it came with detailed instructions, I’ve purchased other brands and they came with horrible instructions so this was very helpful. This bike seems to be very well built and was very easy to put together.
The Bike is great very sturdy powerful I am a heavy rider and has no issues pulling me around
Decent suspension and battery ,doesn't last as long as they claim but I do get about 60 miles with peddle assist overage excellent bike for the price
I just received my e bike and let me tell you that it’s nice and I’m impressed at how sturdy and big it is. It was very easy to put together since the instructions were easy to follow. I’m going to enjoy riding this bike for a long time. Only issue I had was that the lcd screen was scratched but I’m hoping that customer service will take care of that.
These are great bikes. We bought 2 and love them. They are fast and the battery lasts a long time.. I suggest you upgrade the seat, but other than that. They are one of the best bikes on the market for the money. I highly recommend this bike and customer service has been great.
Comfortable, sleek and torquey bike that comes with a full ecosystem of options. I owned 2 Super73s prior to this and I’m never going back. Very satisfied

I’ve put about 35miles on it so far and I love it. I took my cat out on a ride and she was chilling the whole time. Suspension isn’t too bad either
I finally got to take my ebike out for a long ride today and I am so pleased with the performance. It takes hills excellently and the brakes allow for quick and safe stops. The cruise control is a neat feature to have as well.
I road 62 kilometers and still have 44% battery power left. It handles like great for a bike of its weight which surprised me as my other ebike doesn't even compare to this one when it comes to safe handling. I'm 5'4" and I have no problem getting on and off this ebike like I did with my previous one.

So far I love this bike. It’s attractive, fun and not too difficult to put together. I am still learning how to use it but I think I will love it. I need to find a front basket that will fit and a water bottle holder.
This is my first E bike, so i didnt know what to expect, the twist throttle really caught me off vuard with all the torque it has lol, but im gonna call that a skill issue on my part. All in all for what ive seen for my first ride, the bike functions amazingly and i love every second of it, i absolutely recommend it to anyone whos looking for an E bike.
We received the E-bike and it was very well packed and pthe instructions were easy to fellow. This afternoon I went for a ride and wow the performance and the ease of control was above my expectations. A well build bike / excellent bike. My camping bodies were also very impressed with the performance and agility of the bike. I will buy another one soon.
Wow, so many great features! This is the best e-bike I’ve ever owned. I ride it every day for my commute to work and back home. The extra cargo space under the battery and the rear rack are super convenient. I get a lot of people checking it out and asking about the brand. The seat is really comfortable, even for my 9-mile ride in the morning and 12-mile ride home. I also love riding it around my city—I actually prefer being on this bike over driving a car. Lol. Bike is awesome. I use it to ride around the block. I live in the mountains of Colorado, so the block is rough dirt roads on the side of a hill. Climbs steep hills with no issues. Brakes work great as well, very important for the riding I do. Battery life is incredible.
this is top of its class as far as options go, torque sensor/rear shock/class3 option & its stylish! top it off the shipping was immaculate with no styrofoam mess and arrived to my door 4 days after ordering!!!!
I had named her black beauty, well I'm really heartbroken because she was stolen from my job site, a little over three weeks ago..it was not even my own yet I was financing it, so now I'm paying for something I don't have anymore,.. what frustrated me the most was that they can't do anything with it because it needs the NFC card..
I am getting another one I just don't know when...in the three months that I had it I really enjoyed it The bike was kick ass..
