We enjoy reading comments about Luckeep and are delighted to see our product not only changing the way they travel but also taking them to farther and more beautiful places, rather than just staying close to home.

This bike was reliable it came within 7 days and I was impressed on how far it traveled. After using it for about 2 weeks I use it nonstop for a 4-5 hours run. I got it for deliveries such as DoorDash and uber eats and I had no issues besides the seat which I wish it was more comfortable but I recommend this for anyone who does deliveries or decides to go out the city or take a stroll around and save gas money!!!!

My first e-bike is awesome! Easy assembly, great range, just fun to ride. I take it on the Greenway and all over town. As a photographer, scenes I'd usually have to pass due to traffic, is easily accessible!

Honestly, the best bike, I love the security of the battery, so nobody can steel it, and the power of the motor is great, you can ride your bike only with lvl 1 of assistance. Honestly I am not disappointed with this purchase ❤️

Love this bike and needed to get a second battery for it after having it about a year or so, put about 3000 miles on it in this time. Has the distance and the battery still works amazingly! Just can tell its starting to not be able to go as far, but I've gotten my worth out of this battery! So just time for another!
Great/reasonable price and quick and efficient delivery! Took about or a little under a week, which was crazy cool!
Back when I first got the bike, there was no website or anything so I wasn't able to buy a battery as easily if I needed too, so this has been a great achievement for them in a short amount of time!
Very happy, would suggest to anyone!

Purchased one bike about a month ago. While not being able to ride it much due to living in Ohio, I really liked what I have. Purchased a second bike for my wife.

If you are looking for an E bike that is powerful, stable, quiet, responsive and has an exceptional range, then buy a Luckeep X2. What an amazing bike! I researched many E bikes before I bought my X2 (excel spreadsheet with all the specs of bikes I was interested in) and hands down the X2 with its 750w motor (80 N/m torque), and 48v 20Ah battery, was the winner. The 70 pound weight of the bike is not an issue as the step-thru design makes it easy to stop, start and balance the bike. Plus, don’t forget about the stylish look of the bike. A friend of mine took one look at the bike and said “what a gorgeous looking bike.”
Overall the X2 is solidly built with cables grouped together and securely attached to the bike. To date I have not encountered any squeaks or rattles while riding the bike. It just cruises along.
I highly recommend this bike.

The instructions were vague and difficult to understand, even with videos. There isn’t much to put together so simple step by step instructions would be nice.

The handlebars arrived scratched up by the key that was attached to the brake wire. Other than that the rest of the bike was packaged up nice and secure.

Once we figured out how to assemble (and was then adjusted by someone who knows and understands bike assembly - I had put the front wheel on with the brake disc on the wrong side as there was no instruction as to what side it went on) the bike worked. But getting it to turn on took some figuring out as well as there are several steps after you out in the battery to get everything on, which was also not explained thoroughly in the directions.

So, pretty frustrated with the set up but now that it’s all together my son loves it.

There is much to say about this e-bike. My desire is to give a review in a way that I would like to have read as I feel people are naturally reticent to buy an ebike off Amazon. Yet, when you go to a bicycle shop, you are overwhelmed by the prices.

First and foremost: Almost a month after I purchased this bike, I finally rode it for the first time yesterday. Woo hoo! It is smooth! Smooooooooooth. It is a stately bike and it handled beautifully. It fits me like a glove. I am a larger, tall lady -- almost 5'8". I have ridden e-bikes before where the "push" was quite obvious -- but here, it is subtle and sophisticated. I believe that this is the torque sensor they are talking about in the specs. Also, I started out at first without even turning the ebike on, and it rode very, very nicely too, without any ehelp whatsoever.

There is a lot to say about the experience overall with this purchase. First, it arrived beautifully and solidly packaged -- everyhing encased on foam, and intuitively protected -- I was impressed! There was an ongoing issue with turning the ebike on, and although there was nothing at all wrong with the bike itself -- the company responsibly handled the issue and assuaged my fears on a regular basis. The company wanted to troubleshoot the non-problem-that-we-thought-was-a-problem by going off the Amazon-support system and onto their own server in order for me to video the process. This I would not do. (Amazon email support does not handle video -- just pictures.) I very much believe the company was earnest in their desire to go off the Amazon format, but I felt the discussion should be recorded through Amazon for posterity purposes. After several days of going back and forth, with time differences and cultural communication issues, we finally figured out what the problem was. It was something very simple that we both overlooked. We were in near contstant communication throughout the process, however.
Amazon does not deal well with issues they feel..

I bought 2 bikes and am satisfied with the quality of build and components. The one shortcoming I’ve found is the cheap plastic fenders. Someone could have put a little more effort in finding fender's with a little better quality. Overall this e-bike is worth the money.

I ran across this bike after weeks of research and was truly impressed by it's features, quality, built in Alarm, Horn, Lights, and to top it off a 750 watt motor that has enough peak power to bet her up to 34 mph. There is no exaggeration here at all. I love the fact it's not a giant fat tire bike as I have no need to get out and fill it with sand, mud and eat up components. The torque sensor is great compared to my other that is not. My Aventon Level 2 does not come with half the features this Luckeep did. I really enjoy this bike, it's ready to go with everything you might need including the rear rack for outings. It even has bolts in the front to equip it with a basket. Intend on getting another one, just wish I had of found it sooner.

So far I am really loving this bike. Due to knee surgery and issues I've not been able to ride a bike. This one has made it possible again to get out enjoy riding again while getting exercise without the pain. I'm able to even pedal this bike with ease. It's very well made and easy to operate. I did however have to change the seat to a more comfortable one for me. Highly recommend

Both my husband and I love our Luckeep bikes. Assembly took a bit of time but it went together well. Instructions were very good. They are built well but heavier than we thought. We have a friend that owns three different bikes all top of the line and he was actually jealous about how well it’s made and all the features were as good or better than his.

CRAZE

I was not paid or comped in any way for this review. And apparently I am one of the early buyers of this bike, because there are few reviews.
I have been riding bikes for 50 years, and ride about 40-60 miles per week. I want to ride more, but sometimes the return trip can be hard as I get older. I am 185 lbs and I also tow a single wheel trailer with inflatable SUP 40 lbs with paddle and gear, and a 7 lb DC battery SUP inflator and drinks, towel, etc.
So being 6 miles from the water can also be quite difficult on the return trip after paddling for a few hours..... Not anymore : ) This bike is awesome!
I also like that it pedals and handles pretty much like a regular bike; while the tires are bigger profile than normal bikes, they are not technically "FAT" tires - which are sluggish when not under power.
The power is very intuitive as well - if you need to get across a busy intersection quick, just hit it to level 5 and start pedaling. You'll be across in hurry. The first couple times you may wish you had a seat belt! LOL.
I love that it doesn't matter what pedal assist level you are on, the throttle is always available when needed as long as level "one" is engaged.
I am especially thrilled with the power assist towing on inclines.
I added some things, shock absorber seat and pegs for the trailer, so I needed some specs and size info. Customer service was very quick to respond and answer questions.
I'll update in a bit after I put it through more real world duty.
Update: when you come to a red light, sometimes you’ll move the bike back or forward a few feet, and if power is engaged careful not to hit the pedal or the bike will want to takeoff! So now at red lights I disengage the power while I’m at rest, and then hit level 1 or 2 once the light turns green. I love this bike : )

I am very pleased with these bikes. From the shipping in the best cardboard boxes i've ever seen to protect the bikes in shipping. They arrived 3 days after the order was placed. The instruction booklets for bike and computer are written in legible english-(now the bad chineese to english translations so common). I live in the appalachian mountains and the powerful motor battery combo work great on really steep 4 wd trails with good battery run time.
There was an issue with the brakes on one bike- the hydraulic fluid was low... the company responded within 3 hours to my complaint and also were very fast in correcting the problem. The frame on the bikes looks identical to several bikes i looked at for almost twice the price. The welds are clean and strong, the control features are much smoother than i expected, and the peddle assist works great, allowing me to decide how hard i want to work. The bikes are on the heavy side, 70 lbs, but thats the cost of the 48v 20 amp battery and larger motor.
So overall the product is better than i expected, not too difficult to assemble, and the ciompany customer service was exceptional.
