I was not happy at how long it took to get my battery charger and keys and then I find out I needed a key fob too. Nobody told me about that so I’m not really satisfied yet at all because now I’ve got to buy a key fob and how long is that gonna take to get? It’s already been over three months
this bike is beautiful, sturdy and fast. i love the design, its my deciding factor, it looks futuristic.i highly recommend this
Got mine about 2 weeks ago and I’m just riding it out and to work. I wish it had better security options like a card that unlocks it like the others but other than that it’s great

Battery life is not as advertised! You can get maybe 40 miles with the pas mode. You get less than 30 on setting five at the max speed at 29 mph. It's built very well. The screen is very delicate be careful. A little louder than most e-bikes. The electric hum during acceleration to 33 miles per hour is quite loud. It does get hot. Only on the hottest days but I haven't had any issues with overheating. Any e-bike is going to get hot but this one seems to manage its heat dissipation quite well. When you purchase this bike or if you purchase this bike and make sure that you tighten every little tiny thing on the bike. Including the handlebars and its neck. Everything needs to be tightened. I made the mistake of not tightening the neck but I was able to find that in time. Very happy with this purchase. Amazing bike. Built amazing. Tighten everything. Heavy. Durable. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
I was hesitant to purchase an e-bike just because I mainly ride to get exercise. I started looking for one and was a little overwhelmed by all the different options. This one seemed to check most of the boxes for me. On or off road, range, speed, style etc. I've ridden it a few times since putting it together and I'm really pleased so far. The one critique is the rear brakes seem to need adjusting as they are not responsive enough to my comfort. I tried to adjust them (tighten) but it didn't seem to make any difference.
I ordered 2 bikes. They delivered earlier than expected and one at a time which freaked me out, but customer service got back to me within 24 hours of contacting. Assembly was really easy took the boys about 30 minutes. The bike performs great going at almost 33 mph!
Loved my X1 right out of the box. Can’t wait to take it on a long distance run. Acceleration still surprises me.

This bike is a bike that can go on or off-roading with no troubles! 28mph is fast and pedal assist works great.
The Luckeep C26 has been an awesome upgrade for my rides. I’ve taken it across paved roads, dirt paths, and even some rough trails—and it handles everything like a champ. The fat tires provide excellent grip and stability, so I always feel in control, even on loose gravel or uneven terrain. The suspension does a great job soaking up bumps, keeping the ride smooth and comfortable.
The motor has plenty of power to keep me moving quickly, and since I’m 17 and weigh about 135 lbs, I’ve noticed I get great speed and impressive range out of each charge. I also really like the pedal assist system with five different levels—it’s perfect for when I want to get a workout in but still have some help on hills or longer rides.
What I really appreciate is how balanced the bike feels. It’s fun and easy to ride on trails, yet still smooth and practical for cruising around town. The battery lasts through several rides without needing a recharge, and the build quality feels solid and dependable.
The built-in front light is decent for getting around at night, but for better visibility and safety, I’d definitely recommend adding a rechargeable tail light if you plan to ride after dark.
Whether I’m out riding for fun or just getting from place to place, the C26 makes every trip more enjoyable. I also reached out to Luckeep’s customer service to ask about additional security features, like using an NFC card or key fob to power the bike on and off. I’m still in communication with them to better understand what options are available, and I’ll include any updates on that when I post a follow-up. Definitely worth it! I’ll update this review after a couple of months to share how the battery and range hold up over time.
The bike is great, rides well, nicely built, plenty of power.
The delivery service is completely random. Some things arrive immediately. Some accessories take weeks.
The seat post does not go high enough for people over 6ft tall so I don't know why they claim its okay for 6ft 7.
Nice bike, so far so good.
The rear rack is pretty good, but needs side slots for saddlebags.
For the money, it is well built and a good value.

Overall I am very pleased with my X5 lite. The bike truly delivers in most areas and meets my expectations. Design, durability, performance, function and operating controls are all very good. The battery life is the only thing that remains well below the claims made. Once again I am happy with my purchase and I would not hesitate recommending the Luckeep to family and friends.
The bike has met our expectations! My son and I research, decided on Luckeep and have not been disappointed. Performance is excellent in both range and speed. My 13 year old has been very happy with it and receives many compliments from his friends.
