Return & Refund Policy

Luckeep always puts user experience first while making good products. Please check the corresponding return and refund policy according to the situation.

1: 30-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, Luckeep's return policy allows you to return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment and apply for a return refund from our customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, and the bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and be free of any wear, tear, dirt, dust, Fragrance or any other traces of use, and must include all items in the box (chargers, keys, hardware, etc.).

Note: Express delivery charges are non-refundable. If a product received is determined to be damaged by the end user, you may be required to pay for the damaged parts or the return request may be denied.


2: More than 30 days.

No returns will be accepted; exchange for new product or partial refund will be accepted.


3: Refund issue.

The refund amount will be returned to your account through the original payment port, and customer service staff will contact the user for confirmation.
