How long until I receive my bike?
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours (partial shipping delays will be notified to you via the website's bulletin board and email). Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx or UPS for shipping. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the goods to reach your designated location. Any delivery dates provided by Luckeep are estimates. (For some used models or repair parts, we typically require 10 business days for processing.)
Do I need a license for riding Ebike?
No, you don’t need a license for riding Ebike. Please read Safety Instructions carefully for your safety.
How do I charge my battery?
You can check the Battery and Charger of our E-BIKE USER MANUAL. The methods are listed in the manual with more detail.
How to clean my Ebike?
Although we have maximized the waterproof performance of the vehicle, we still recommend removing the battery when cleaning the body of the bike. Afterward, you can clean it like you would a regular bicycle.
Will my Ebike assembled when it arrives?
The Ebike is mostly assembled when it arrives, a few more steps to finish the assembling. Please carefully watch the assembly tutorial or read the E-BIKE USER MANUAL for installation.

NIce bike and when I started to build it I found it to be very nicely packaged and easy. Two handle bar screws were missing but found them in the bottom of the box, I was lucky to find them. After assembly I took it for a ride and the rear brake is not stopping the bike properly, I needed to sqeeze pretty hard to get the bike to stop, adjustment needed and I’m forunate to know how to do that or I would have to take it to a shop. Also, the gear switching needs to be adjusted as sell due to not being able to get to gear 6 or 7. Again, I think I can fix it but if not its a trip to the shop. Overall the bike is ok but the quality of the working parts fall short for the money this bike costs. Should be shipped with hydrolic brakes, whcih I’m switching out now at a about $120 for parts. Its from China and we all know there stuff is just ok unless its paper or a textile product, its a gamble with Chinese stuff.
I was looking for a bike to get around my large campus school(MSU) and i fell onto Luckeep. Personally I think this is easily the best bang for your buck, I love the versatility thanks to the wheels as well as the simply nfc tag and display. My only gripe would be the lack of a anti-theft system,(invest in a good lock), but other than that it's a great bike. I would recommend adding a rear view mirror but other than that you're golden. Assembly was very easy, I had it done within 30 minutes of opening the box. Very happy with my purchase.
The bike I got is just great, gets me very fast to my destinations. You should still update the owners manual to one that matches the new bike.
Very convenient to put in the trunk of the car
Generally speaking, when you buy something you expect good product and good service for your hard earned money. In the case of Luckeep I have to say that I’ve never been so well treated by a company or product. The bikes are fantastic but the customer service is every bit as good. After resolving my issue by way of email instructions they even followed up to make sure everything worked out. Outstanding!
