Luckeep X2

What a wonderful purchase! This is my third e-bike, and I absolutely love it.

I am 6'3" and 235 lbs, so I wanted a bike that could handle my size and let me have some fun. I have taken it out, and I am very impressed with the smooth ride, easy operation, and the look and feel of the bike.

The display is very intuitive, and I like the adjustability of everything. I have found the customer support to be absolutely fantastic.

I have put this bike through a solid road test, and it exceeded all my expectations.

I have suffered from major long-term health issues in the past, and with a little bit of age on me now, I wanted a bike that would allow me to explore areas I would never get to see otherwise. If you're looking to do something similar or just need a bike to get you to and from work or out exploring your community, this will absolutely do the job. The speed, performance, and durability are all very impressive.

Finally, an intelligent torque sensor that’s both intuitive and still fun! It is so silent I sometimes forget I am riding an e-bike. This bike is a great class 3 e-bike! It was easy to assemble . Feels very stable and looks great! I can set the assistance level to help me up a large hill or lower for flat ground or when I want to have a little more exercise. I absolutely love the half-twist throttle and prefer it over the thumb throttle. I can get up to speed much faster when I need to be in traffic, this makes me feel safer to be in the same lane as cars. I have also taken it on our bus and it makes it very easy to travel between towns and to go without a car. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone. I only have the 20ah battery version and the range is amazing. I can only imagine how many more miles I would get if I got the extended battery. Luckeep did an excellent job with the X2. It is so comfortable! Love the fact that it has a built-in security system to set an alarm to avoid it getting stolen. Such a nice feature to have. Definitely highly recommended!!!!!

I took this puppy out last week for a 20+ miler and hit trails, pretty obnoxious hills and some pavement too. I used mostly the pedal assist at level one -- sometimes 2 and once 3. I noticed the additional help even at the lowest setting. I returned home with my battery drained from 100% at the beginning of the day to 75% at the end of the day. If the trajectory holds up, that is indeed up to 80 miles on one charge.

My friend and I purchased 4 of these bikes. I really liked the features and have looked forward to trying out ebikes. We are not disappointed. It took us about an hour to put the first bike together and down to 20 minutes on the last bike. Only one battery had a charge so we had to charge all the batteries while we were assembling the bikes.

Overall the assembly process was quite easy. Tighting the handle bar to align with the wheel took some doing because the Allen wrench tool gets worn and this needs to be really tight to lock the steering with the wheel.

Another issue was how much tire pressure. The tire says max 55psi. Don't go there. We are under 30 psi now. I had 42 psi in one of the tire and it blew up just sitting there. So you guessed it, I had to go buy a tube and replace the back tube which was not bad but not the way you want to start.

We have now been riding the bikes and the are fantastic. Very smooth ride. The pedal assist is super great. A very fun bike. Had the grandkids ride them around the neighborhood and they loved them. The max speed we hit was 29 mph.

We rode 12 miles this morning and averaged 17 mph. I would never have been able to do that with a regular bike. Got some good exercise and really enjoyed the ride. Even gave some money to McDonald's for lunch during our ride.

The bike arrived when they said it would. Assembly went well. I did have a part missing but was able to let support services know and they handled it very quickly. After putting a few miles on the bike, I was very happy with how it operated.

My first e-bike it's been great so far, I really wanted a torque sensor that's why I decided on luckeep X-2. It's been smooth ride and the battery length has been great. Only issue really had is they forgot the quick release skewer when I first received the bike so I had to wait for them to ship it out a week to me and I get slight movement at the adjustable stem.

Positives.
1. Shipping was very fast and the package was in great condition, all I had to do is add a few things.
1. The torque sensor is responsive to your pedaling, the harder you press down on the pedal the faster it'll go and vice versa.
2. Cruise control makes flat surfaces a breeze.
3. The battery lasts, I’m 5'7 135lbs traveling 30 miles going up hills with pedal assist 5, some throttle and the battery is still at 50%.
3. The motor can get me up to 32mph on a flat surface with either pedal assist or throttle. Up a 30 degree angle, throttle only, gets around 14mph which is not bad considering the weight its pushing but a bigger person would go slower.
4. The bike frame is quality craftsmanship. I have the step over frame the welding joints are smooth and the frame feels strong.
5. My favorite part of the bike is the built-in display. From a far you would think it's just a regular bike but when you get closer you see a nice color display built into the bike giving it an advanced aesthetic.
6. The brakes are strong they have helped me out so far more than once and the brake light turns ON when braking.
7. The tires are solid at the perfect size.

Negatives.
1. A few days into using the bike the display screen started showing burnt pixels at the bottom right corner. I made a report and they responded with: "it is an anomaly that does not affect the performance of the bike". Obviously I do not want burnt pixels on the screen I just barely bought but I like the bike so much I'll keep it, but if it keeps getting worse I will want a replacement.
2. A part was missing, the rod that goes into the front wheel. I made a report and received it through Amazon 2 days later.

I have this same Luckeep X2 step-thru bike and love it. Distance is about 80 miles on a charge and topspeed is around 30 MPH. Main thing I like about it is the Cruise Control, it works great.

Checks all the boxes, QUIET 750W motor, 20 AH battery, hydraulic brakes, torque sensor, comfortable upright riding position, adjustable handlebar height, seat goes low for short people, twist throttle that works in any assist mode, tires that aren't ridiculously fat or too skinny, not too heavy, can be easily pedalled if the battery is exhausted, comfortable factory seat, comes with fenders and rack. It's not a tank. It's a beautiful luxury vehicle.
