My Luckeep X5

Was anyone able to get into settings mode in this bike? Press up and down together, it only shows 0000 and no default password does anything!

Otherwise I'm satisfied with the bike.

I did not want a fold bike I wanted a full use bike, and I liked the fat tires and the speed and time of charge for the battery. I had no problem putting it together and have had a great time riding it. It is a heavy bike but I it feels solid when I ride it so I'm not afraid. I am still learning some of the speeds, but it is fun, and I am having a great time with it.
Shipping was fast, the baskets got lost so they came a week later but they are heavy and will not bend. Can carry a lot of things if I need to go to the store.

This thing does exactly what they say it does got to me quickly all pieces were there only problem I've had so far is the screws on the front rack keep coming loose I think they need to walk like washers but anyway it's a good product I'm very pleased yeah the headlight guys that's that thing is in the wrong spot that's good it's good yeah

I'm 6.1 and a pretty big guy and this bike still gets to 32mph. For the price that's really good.

Had a problem with either the battery / charger, customer support was quick to get the issue fixed for me!

Great bike! Perfect size and very well made! Was very easy to assemble then other ebikes I have assembled. Love the wide tires and the wide space to step through. I would definitely recommend this bike.

This is the third electric bike our family has purchased, and our second Luckeep.

I LOVE this bike! I've completely replaced 90% if my in-town transportation needs. I acquired it to use as a commuter a cargo bike, so im riding it daily, getting groceries, running to the hardware store, and attending appointments.

This X5 Lite is a total game-changer. As a dad of two young girls, I needed something sturdy, safe, and fun — this eBike checks all the boxes.

It’s powerful enough to handle hills even with both kids onboard, and the rear rack easily fits a child seat or cargo bags. The ride feels super smooth, and the fat tires give me confidence on different terrain — park paths, gravel, or even quick runs to the farmers market.

Plus, it actually turns heads. Everywhere we go, someone asks, “Where’d you get that bike?” The best part? My daughters love it. Now they ask to go out for rides. Can’t beat that.

The machine operates as advertised, & the customer service people are helpful, competent & cooperative, and the people with whom I interacted after taking delivery took ownership of my problems, so that it was clear that my issuersf were theirs, too. Good product & good folks.

I bought this bike for my wife because the other electric bike is built too tall for her. With the seat at the lowest setting, my wife is able to ride this bike, especially with the step thru frame. The bike came in a large box, and it was quite heavy so it does require 2 people to handle it. After my wife helped me get it out of the box. I attach the handle bar the first thing, and then I flip the bike upside down so I can attach the front wheel. Doing it this way allow me to adjust the brake pad much easier. Then I just have to attach the pedal and the front wheel. It took me about 60-70 minutes to complete the installation which isn't too bad since I have already have experience putting one together previously. The bike ride is very smooth, the acceleration is good and not jerking. The battery life seems good, since we have not tested it's limit yet.
