motor kind of noisy
front fork does not adjust and the unload thunk is cringe inducing
Needing to unlock and open the door to charge is annoying
battery door feels very cheap and breakable. The hinge is doing it's very best.
Overall awesome bike, fast, fun and arguably the best looking bike with pedals.

The bike's quality is lovely, and it feels smooth and new. It has two batteries, and the battery life is very long-lasting. The bike’s functionality is reliable; you can use it for anything. The bike is worth an investment. The bike is 36 miles per hour, which is very fast for me. However, assembling the bike is probably difficult, but you can do it with the help of YouTube or a friend.
I just got mine M5 Max Red..
But while installing front wheel was tough. The washers that come with bike should be used.
But with help of my neighbor did it.
Overall I love it. Shocks were smooth, handling is nice.
The side stand should have been little higher from ground.
This is a great Ebike that provides an almost motorcycle like experience when riding. It has pedal assistance and great stability. The motor can be set from 1-5 pass mode coupled with a 7 speed shifter and oil filled brakes that stop quickly. It was fairly easy to assemble but it's best to have two people as it makes the job much much easier than trying to do it on your own. The headlight is bright and it's working taillight and directional signals are a nice added feature! The power is good, especially on hills too. The value you get is well worth the money in my opinion. Go for it! You won't be disappointed!
