They have phone numbers to call for product Support but no one ever answers the phone. I have only been able to communicate text messages.
I’m very satisfied with this e-bike. This my first e-bike ever and it does not disappoint at all. Speed up quick with the electric motor and easy to pedal with. I’m still beginner so I only go up to 10-14 mph, but the speed is there. Very good e-bike for budget person looking into e-bike. It has all the bell and whistle such as horn, turn signal, brake light and headlight for only 1k, can’t beat this deal. The kids love this much so much, will pair up with a bike trailer for the kids on the back as well. Thanks for the awesome bike

Bike arrived very fast and I was able to assemble it without any experience by following the instructions in the booklet. There were a few bolts missing for the rear seat backrest, but when I reached out to Luckeep, they responded fast and sent the bolts I needed to attach the backrest. I haven’t gone anywhere far, but it rides well, folds easily, and the pedal assist is great even at level 1! Will definitely get another bike from Luckeep if/when I need to upgrade!
I recently purchase a M5 Max and easy to assebmle and really love the ride. I highly recommend.
Great looking bike but happened to hit a small nail the second day …. Had to spend 175 to get it fixed so I definitely will be buying new tires . Has good brakes. Cam in with a small split in the front of the seat and the battery had a some scuffing on one side . Would definitely recommend this bike especially at the price point but make sure you got maintenance money and have a spare set of tires and an e-bike repair person in mind beforehand
Not enough updates and notices during delivery bike rides good except when hitting bumps battery lid pops open. Comparable to aipas or aventon
Just unboxed! It was easy to assemble and an awesome ride around the block! I even let my five year old daughter put on her helmet and come for a ride! I’m a tough critic or this would easily be a 10/10. It will get that when it withstands time for me.
We really like the bike. It is built well and a bit heavy, but that also means that it is durable. The only gripe I have is that it was missing the bolts needed to put on the rear seat back rest. I reached out to the customer service and they said they will send one soon. Great bike and great service!
Easy assembly, straightforward controls. Lights and horn exudes confidence riding in traffic. Zippy and Torquey, throttle and pedal assist for get up and go. Would recommend to anyone wanting a entry level E-bike....Stay safe and wheels down....
I received my Luckeep M5 ultra on september 9th and i had no issues with it but the battery cover hinge/cover clasp came broken which I will be sending a email to the Luckeep customer support team soon for a replacement. Other then this issue everyone I have let ride this bike have loved riding and complimented it.
They look amazing and comfortable. The design is sleek, and I appreciate the attention to detail. The materials seem high-quality, and I can already imagine how pleasant it would be to ride for extended periods.
I live in LA and this e-bike helps me save time. Powerful for daily commute including dropping kid to school. I am 5.3 and this bike works perfectly.

Product seems very well made. A bit challenging to build (and QR link to video does not work), but j managed and I feel comfortable about how it came together. Currently waiting for battery to charge to give it a test ride!
Great bike for a person 5’2. I can actually touch the ground which makes me feel a little better especially with a heavy bike. Because the pedals are so low to the ground they can scrape when you make a hard turn. Lots of features like the turn signal and NFC battery start. For the price, it’s a great first e-bike.
We purchased this bike for our child’s drop-off and pickup from school. So far, we’re quite satisfied with it. It’s an excellent bike for both short and tall women. We’ve taken it for a few miles and thoroughly enjoyed it. We’re excited to use it daily. Overall, we’ve found it to be a great purchase. My 14 yr old son was saving up for a dirt bike but found this one on here. So he spent ALL his money on this bike and has absolutely loved it! He rides it everyday and every hour he gets the chance! Very good buy!
This has been a great experience. The delivery was delayed to due weather according to FedEx, but distance made the hear grow fonder. The C23 arrived and I have been showing it off at work. I have used it for a week and am loving it so far.
