great bike
The overall product is good and solid. The heavy-design is something to consider: it can be both pro/con but depends on personal preferences. I am 180cm tall and fit and managed to assemble it completely alone in 3h - it's feasible but requires experiences. The design of both the bike and the display is sleek and I love it - kudos to the designers of the products. I got troubles to use the instructions for the display - they definitely need a review because some aspect of the settings is not properly described. Is a bomb folks!
Love my new M5 max. It is strong and very comfortable. BUT it is loud for an ebike and the front fork is not adjustable. Will be buying a second battery
Great bike but was slightly damaged upon delivery. Was fixed in a timely manner through. Would recommend.
Amazing everything like it said
I purchased the M5max electric bike two months ago, and I must say, I am beyond impressed! The bike's design is strikingit looks just like a motorcycle, giving it a bold and stylish appearance. Riding it is an absolute thrill! Its incredibly powerful and can accelerate to 35 mph within just a few seconds. The fat tires are perfect for all terrains, and the shock absorption is excellent, making every ride smooth and comfortable. I absolutely love it!
I also want to highlight the outstanding customer service. A few days ago, I accidentally damaged the headlight while riding. I immediately emailed Luckeep to purchase a new one, and the customer service team responded very quickly. They sent me a replacement headlight in no time. When it arrived, the installation was straightforwardI just plugged it in, and it worked perfectly. It was super easy and convenient!
Overall, this has been an amazing purchase, and I couldnt be happier with both the product and the excellent support from Luckeep. Highly recommended!
Awesome bike. Real head turner and looks more like a Dirt bike than a E-Bike. Great speed, Tops out at 36 Mph. No complaints.
The bike's quality is lovely, and it feels smooth and new. It has two batteries, and the battery life is very long-lasting. The bike’s functionality is reliable; you can use it for anything. The bike is worth an investment. The bike is 36 miles per hour, which is very fast for me. However, assembling the bike is probably difficult, but you can do it with the help of YouTube or a friend.
