What is the difference between the Luckeep X1 Pro and the Luckeep X1?
Compared to the Luckeep X1, the Luckeep X1 Pro features a higher hardness one-piece magnesium alloy frame, which enhances both its appearance and durability. Additionally, the X1 Pro is equipped with UL-certified dual battery modules, allowing it to easily achieve a range of over 100 miles. In terms of riding experience, the integrated fat tires of the Luckeep X1 Pro can handle urban commuting roads more easily, significantly improving rider control.
Does My Luckeep X1 Pro E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
To prevent damage during transportation, we keep each Luckeep X1 Pro in a pre-assembled state at the factory. This means that all users can assemble the Luckeep X1 Pro within 10 minutes by following the user manual or our assembly tutorial videos. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guidelines on our YouTube channel.
What is the suitable height range for riding the Luckeep X1 Pro?
With the adjustable seat height of the Luckeep X1 Pro, riders ranging from 5'4" to 6'4" (162cm - 192cm)can enjoy the best riding experience (height parameters based on user feedback for the Luckeep X1 Pro).
How old do I need to be to ride a Luckeep E-Bike?
In accordance with local US laws, Luckeep recommends that only riders aged 14 and above ride on our electric bikes. Be sure to check your local state e-bike laws to guarantee the age limit for e-bike riding.
Do I need a special license to ride an E-Bike?
Luckeep E-bikes are designed under US regulations. Therefore riders will not need any special license to ride our bikes. This is true only of Luckeep branded bikes and does not carry over to all other types of electric bikes.
Have Luckeep's electric bikes been safety certified?
All Luckeep electric bikes for sale have passed UL 2849 international certification and undergone tens of thousands of laboratory tests to ensure that every Luckeep electric bike leaving the factory has the best performance.

Perfect day for a bike ride
Great , fun to ride, everything works
We received the E-bike and it was very well packed and pthe instructions were easy to fellow. This afternoon I went for a ride and wow the performance and the ease of control was above my expectations. A well build bike / excellent bike. My camping bodies were also very impressed with the performance and agility of the bike. I will buy another one soon.

Easy to drive and nice frame
It arrived in a week and was easy to assemble. this is a very nice bike. I am a heavier rider living in Southwestern PA where we have nothing but hills here. So my range is about 25-35 miles.
The motor is powerful enough to make our hill climbs easy for my over 60 years of age. The bike is well built, high quality using brand name components. The bike looks terrific, and the he leather look accents are very unique. I always get good comments from people. I purchased a second charger so l can plug in both batteries at once for faster charging

Ordered two of these which were shipped to the house a few days after the order was placed. Packaging was excellent and the bikes arrived intact. Assembly took 20 minutes or so a piece. I was surprised to see shimano drivetrain and the display monitor is really impressive for the price. The display is bright clear and easy to navigate and the controls are simple to use. As others have mentioned, they do 30mph effortlessly. There are many similar bikes out there but I felt these were better looking and a better value considering the price of the others.
The X1pro arrived faster than expected, and the assembly was a breeze. Even for someone with minimal technical skills, it took less than 30 minutes to get it ready to ride. Highly impressed with the packaging and instructions!
The X1pro isn’t just functional—it’s stylish too! I’ve received so many compliments from neighbors and fellow riders. It’s definitely a head-turner.
