I just got my Lukeep x1 lite a couple of days ago, this e-bike drives so smooth, fast, and comfortable, everyone has been saying that it looks great, in the other had I was missing some screws, and I was having trouble changing the battery, but I contacted them. they replied so fast, and they helped me to fix the battery problem (just something about the settings) and told me that they were going to send the missing screws so great costumer service.
My one star review description is correct. The one star on the scale is my error. X1 is a 5 star bike!
The X1 is my 6th Ebike in my family. I am 73 years old. I wanted a 20” bike without giving up fat tires or power. My previous 26” Ebike bike was not easy to handle, at my age. The X1 ride is easier to handle and I have awesome power with fat tires for a smooth ride.
The M5 Max is a cool looking e-bike with a promise of high performance. However, I got a puncture on the rear 20 minutes into my first ride. The Chao Yang tires aren’t the best, and I see Luckeep does not sell replacements. Along with this, it feels as though the shimano is not engaging. Once I get through the 3rd gear, the rest feel as though the chain is disconnected. The bike is also advertised to go 37 mph - so far, I have only reached 30 mph on full throttle. I know there is a setting to unlock the full power. However, oddly enough, Luckeep advises against riding in the max setting for “safety” concerns. All in all, it’s a really great look, but execution is poor due to cheap components. From the Chao Yang tires, to the loose fitting cap over the battery, overall quality could use some improvement.

Love this bag. Before buying I had to wear the typical bag around my arms onto my back. This bag makes it as if youre not carrying anything and can focus on biking. additionally if I need to stop by a store I’m able to buy small items and carry them effectively. The water bottle spot is a nice luxury as well.
This is a great ebike. I'm looking forward to going places far away from home. I'll just be careful not to get it stolen.
X1 is the perfect fit for me. I’m 73. I wanted to downsize from a 26” to a 20” but not give up hill pulling power. Luckeep X1 is the right bike.

We are now the proud owners of 3 M5 max e bikes. We have gotten so many compliments from people we know and complete strangers that see us out on the road where we bought them. First off I always been the guy that wants something different from everyone else, well the M5 checked this boxed! I'm the 60 year old cool guy that rides it to work everyday. The performance of these bikes are perfect for everyday street riding or trails. We are very pleased with our purchases.
This is our first time owning and riding e-bikes. We bought twin bikes to extend our riding time and distance. With my knee replacement, riding bikes is great therapy.
I shopped around for almost a year before we purchased bikes. We went to a few bike shops and test drove many brands. The value offered by Luckeep is unparalleled.
We have only ridden twenty miles so far and are planning longer trips as soon as Houston’s weather improves in the fall. We are very happy with our purchase!
Good bike but it came with a broken battery cover and also it was missing 2 washers, luckily i had some extra washers in my garage but that was still annoying.

I purchased this bike after watching a bunch of reviews, comes out to be that they removed a few features I was counting on like the alarm system and Bluetooth connectivity, they also advertise that you can unlock the bike with your phone and that's a lie only certain phones do so far I'm disappointed I really wanted to like this bike
FedEx has my package in their facility which is about a 20 minute drive away from me. They have had my package in house since 7am this morning. For some crazy reason they delayed me until tomorrow!!!!!!! Maybe because I worked there for a day or so and did not return due to reasons that are none of their business. So I don't know how the bike feels because FedEx South Windsor, CT has it. smh
Got the Luckeep e-bike for my wife, but it’s become a big hit with the whole family! The fit is fabulous, the ride is smooth, and the motor makes hills effortless. Great battery life, solid build, and unbeatable value for the money — we’re all fighting for a turn to ride it!
I've had this bike for about a month now, and I absolutely love it. It takes me back to my adolescent days riding a BMX bike everywhere .
made a few modifications added a Cloud-9 seat, a suspension seat post, removable pedals, a cargo bag, and a better phone holder. Other than that, this bike is amazing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid e-bike

Well got my dual battery X1 out today have the stock battery and a 48v 20ah running at the same time and rode 40 miles and still sitting at 100%. Some photos of today's trail ride.

We bought a second Luckeep X1 Lite for my wife, and she’s loving it as much as I do! The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the speed is impressive. The suspension handles uneven paths easily, and the sturdy frame gives a lot of confidence while riding. It’s a blast to cruise around together and we can’t wait to take both bikes on trips. Excellent value, fun to ride, and perfect for adventuring.
Absolutely thrilled with my Luckeep X1 Lite! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a solid, well-built bike. The frame feels rock-solid, and the suspension smooths out bumps like a dream. It’s surprisingly fast, and the battery life has been excellent so far. Great value for the price, and it just looks sharp. Riding it is pure fun — I’m already planning my first beach trip with it. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
