After placing my order I received my bike within a week’s time! The assembly of the bike was pretty easy and the packaging for shipment was very good as well!
I am overjoyed with my biking experiences so far too! I live in a hilly area and was worried about the bike’s ability in getting me back up the hill but it has no problems. Although the bike has a fold up design, I haven’t used its feature yet but am excited to try it out as I’m sure the experience will also be great.
I reached out to customer care for some help during setup and I must say, they were very helpful in answering my questions.
Overall, not only the product is great but the people behind the product are super great too!

Well assembled out of the box. Very few parts needed to be put on to finish installation. I have a similar style folding bike from another company which i'm happy with and this seems like a nice improvement on that one in some ways. the Headlight is nice and bright and was surprised to see some turn signal control.
Also the NFC lock key to be able to ride the bike is great! Glad to see there's some built in security from someone being able to just turn it on when they shouldn't.

I bought this one for myself after getting a Luckeep C23 for my wife and now I wish I would have just gotten two of these because its a way better deal.

I bought this bike two weeks ago. Great battery life, easy to put together, very fast, very cool design. I recommended to everybody.
This electric bike took 1 hour to assemble successfully. The ride is pleasant. The mileage is as expected. It is very stable. I have tested it and it does not require a battery to ride. There is not much resistance. It is worth having.
This one is cadence so it goes straight to ten mile an hour with light pedaling. I bit harder to stay below 10 miles an hour around pedestrians pushing baby strollers on bike path but its good for getting going quickly. I did have problems with the headlight not coming on but customer service did try to help resolve the issue. Over all its a very solid e-bike.
I just got my Lukeep x1 lite a couple of days ago, this e-bike drives so smooth, fast, and comfortable, everyone has been saying that it looks great, in the other had I was missing some screws, and I was having trouble changing the battery, but I contacted them. they replied so fast, and they helped me to fix the battery problem (just something about the settings) and told me that they were going to send the missing screws so great costumer service.
The 20” fat tires give a smooth, stable ride—even on bumpy or uneven roads. I love the rear basket; it’s the perfect size for groceries or a backpack. With a 60-mile range, I only need to charge it about twice a week, and the removable battery makes charging super easy—I just take it inside and plug it in at my desk. For the price, you won’t find a better mix of power, utility, and convenience. Highly recommended!
I have bought 8 or more e-bikes over the last few years and this one is way better than any. I live in a very hilly area and this bike climbs right up the hills, no problem. II's unlocked goes 36mph and is very responsive and powerful, I'm impressed!
This is a 5 star product. I researched plenty before purchasing and I'm very pleased. The intended use is mostly on local roads and as such level 1 and 2 pedal assist are proving to be well designed to quickly clear the intersections. Brakes are strong. 7 speed Shimano derailer smoothly shifts up and down. The controller display could be a bit larger and brighter but for me a minor point. Top speed is every bit of 28 MPH. Head light and Brake/tail lights are effective. I plan on installing mirrors, radar and a bike cargo rack.
With all said and done I would buy again.
This is a nice bike everybody stops and ask me about it. The price was right I've had it for 2 weeks without a problem would recommend it to anybody it's a great grocery getter

The X1 is my 6th Ebike in my family. I am 73 years old. I wanted a 20” bike without giving up fat tires or power. My previous 26” Ebike bike was not easy to handle, at my age. The X1 ride is easier to handle and I have awesome power with fat tires for a smooth ride.

Well, its easy to use..and fun to ride. Ive put 50 miles on it so far and try to ride it daily. The bike itself is made really well, its not the highest of tech but it has some awesome features such as cruise control and a pretty easy to use pedal assist which makes things really fun. The bikes safety features are those of a typical bicycle, if you know how to be safe there then youre all set. But its very zippy. I think Ive gone 30mph!

Ok bike, price is right. Ordered this because I needed a step through E-bike and didn't want to spend a ton. The bike arrived earlier than expected and was easy put together and all the parts were there! I like that it has a nice loud horn.
Great bike with very well packaged. This is a good e bike and it has a 7 mode of speed, it's said that there are 5 speed gears in pedal assist mode, but I haven't explored them yet. The user manual's like a whole book super detailed! Even if you know nothing about bikes, it's totally easy to follow. The brakes are crazy sensitive, which is awesome. It's got headlights, brake lights, and an electric horn too. The battery lasts me a few days, and it has a lock so I can either take it out to charge or plug it in while it's on the bike. Best of all, it's way cheaper than other e-bikes
The M5 Max is a cool looking e-bike with a promise of high performance. However, I got a puncture on the rear 20 minutes into my first ride. The Chao Yang tires aren’t the best, and I see Luckeep does not sell replacements. Along with this, it feels as though the shimano is not engaging. Once I get through the 3rd gear, the rest feel as though the chain is disconnected. The bike is also advertised to go 37 mph - so far, I have only reached 30 mph on full throttle. I know there is a setting to unlock the full power. However, oddly enough, Luckeep advises against riding in the max setting for “safety” concerns. All in all, it’s a really great look, but execution is poor due to cheap components. From the Chao Yang tires, to the loose fitting cap over the battery, overall quality could use some improvement.

My wife and I share this for weekend trips and grocery hauls. The basket fits 4–5 bags, and the motor handles two adults (combined 300 lbs) on flat roads. The LCD display is user-friendly, and the headlight is brighter than expected. But for practical, powerful transport, it’s perfect!
I bought 2 bikes, 1 for me, and 1 for my wife. I couldn't be happier. These bikes are awesome! These bikes are very lights and very fit my wife and I. Arrives with 90% assemble, the directions are simple and straightforward. These things are fast! They can go up to 28MPH. The batteries are long lasting, We rode 10 miles and didn't use hardly any of the battery. The ride is comfortable and you can adjust the front shocks easily. We really like them and have been using them almost daily.
I absolutely love my C27 electric bike! Its incredibly easy to handle, and the sturdy design gives me confidence while riding. I especially like its speed.
The power button and gears are easily accessible, the brakes work well after simple adjustment, these making the ride smooth and enjoyable. I'm 5'3", my feet can easily step on the ground when I stop. It has so many of the attributes that the more expensive bikes have at a more affordable price. The customer service is very friendly and will buy again.
