Generally speaking, when you buy something you expect good product and good service for your hard earned money. In the case of Luckeep I have to say that Iβve never been so well treated by a company or product. The bikes are fantastic but the customer service is every bit as good. After resolving my issue by way of email instructions they even followed up to make sure everything worked out. Outstanding!
I got these for me and my teen son to explore and get around as we live in an area with a variety of terrain including trails, cities, fields and hills. We have put them through the ringer the last few weeks and they haven't skipped a beat! They were simple to put together, customer service was incredible speedy and helpful with a
My partner and I went trail riding everywhere with them. They're quiet and perform beautifully. Couldn't be happier with them. If you see it and want it- get it! You won't be disappointed.
My first E-bike is a good solid bike. Almost does a wheelie starting off in power mode. It is heavy for me. I can manage lifting it folded into my Traverse but just. Take the battery out to reduce weight a bit. I am 78 years young and I do work with weights regularly. The bike just flys down pavement but is a little rough on the grass. I bought it mostly to get around the kite fields as I am an avid kite flier. I do plan on taking it on trail rides someday.
So far, Very pleased! But like I said, still very fast and fun. Also, way cheaper. Happy riding y'all, be safe.
This bike is really great! Itβs well-built, comfortable, and rides smoothly. Iβm really impressed with its performance and quality. Highly recommend it!

Bought M5 Max as Ultra was out of stock. I have about 150 miles on it. I love it.
Pros:
Fulltwist, hydro brakes
looks great,
plenty fast(ad says 37 showed 32 on gps)
helpful staff (broke my kickstand. replaced no questions)
Cons:
motor kind of noisy
front fork does not adjust and the unload thunk is cringe inducing
Needing to unlock and open the door to charge is annoying
battery door feels very cheap and breakable. The hinge is doing it's very best.
Overall awesome bike, fast, fun and arguably the best looking bike with pedals.
We got off to a rough start with assembly. After hours attempting on our own, it took two bike professionals to determine the factory flaw. Now that the bike is assembled correctly, itβs great! Weβve already spent hours on it.
I bought 2 Ebikes for my husband and I (60 & 63). I am very satisfied with the ease of assembling them ourselves. We love our ebikes and can't wait to travel to the coast and show them off.
The overall product is good and solid. The heavy-design is something to consider: it can be both pro/con but depends on personal preferences. I am 180cm tall and fit and managed to assemble it completely alone in 3h - it's feasible but requires experiences. The design of both the bike and the display is sleek and I love it - kudos to the designers of the products. I got troubles to use the instructions for the display - they definitely need a review because some aspect of the settings is not properly described. Is a bomb folks!
I did a ton of research before deciding on this model. I'm still assembling, but it looks great so far. I'm so excited!
Love my new M5 max. It is strong and very comfortable. BUT it is loud for an ebike and the front fork is not adjustable. Will be buying a second battery
